Planning and Design.

We believe that preparation is key when building a new conservatory or orangery. One of the first things we will do for you is approach your local planning authority to ascertain if planning permission will be required for your proposed conservatory.

With most cases planning approval will be needed and so, to make life a little easier, we then undertake to prepare all of the required paperwork including a full set of drawings and site location maps and work with the local authority on your behalf. This essential service is free once you have decided to engage our services to build your new conservatory or orangery.

Once planning permission has been granted we will visit your home to discuss all final details relating to your project and it is at this stage we normally set some real dates for your conservatory works to commence.
